| I just love this handsome pet portrait! Perhaps it was painted by it's owner. He is most regal, don't you think. There are very faint markings on the back of the panel that look like that back side might have been a board intended for paint by number,however I think the artist used the example to do her own rendition of the boxer. The strokes are painterly and not as defined as paint by number, so artistic license prevailed! Charming none the less! The painting measures 9" X 12" and the frame which seems to be original is 17 1/2" X 21 1/2" | ||
