| This beautiful sheet, loomed of the finest linen, has an incredible grand central triple monogram,VPS or VRS, hand embroidered in padded bourdon highlighted with scrolls, dots, and french sanding stitches. The monogram measures 5 1/2" X 4 3/4". It is further accented with stunning stylized design of cutwork with needle worked bars and circles which also fill both corners of the sheet. Four rows of drawn thread work cross and turn the corners of the 20" turndown. The single boudoir pillow case,17" X 28" has the same design just a smaller version. The bottom as well is hand hemmed with a row of drawnwork. I found this wonderful set unused (there are still remnants of the blue pattern) with many storage stains. However,I've begun "sleeping with" all sheets I purchase to check out their quality for you. I promise you, this one sleeps heavenly! So it has now been used, but freshly laundered and pressed. There are a few small holes as a result of the storage stains an a remaining stain at the very bottom. Some of the photos have been darkened to try to show this.
