The raised markings are Bulach Suisse No.5299 and I haven't been able to determine a date...perhaps circa 1930>It has brass set screws to secure the cast metal rim to your tree- up to 2 1/2" diameter.A wonderful find and absolutely delightful paired with the German Fence shown in the last photo! | ||
