| It seems a coffee grinder must have been a required and necessary item in all European households from the beginning of time! When my electic grinder died, I used my vintage German "decorative" grinder (very similar to this one) and still use it! It never fails me and I can enjoy it's presence as well as effeciency! This one was made circa 1920 by Geschmiedetes , a West German Co. known for their grinders. It's made of lovely blond wood,with black painted wood knobs. Works perfectly!
