This Swiss presentation plate was most likely awarded to an expert Marksman. There is no engraving on it, just some light scratches on front and a good many on the back. However it is engraved with the maker SIGG Switzerland and SIGAL hand hammered. I do know that SIGG is a very reputable pewter co. The plate itself is highly polished ,but the center medal is in high relief. .I have no clue to it's age...
