This large footed tureen with original lid was made and marked by the St. Armand Hamage Nord factory. Saint-Amand-les-Eaux lies in northern France near Valenciennes. It was was known for it's faience. The tureen handles and lid handles are very ornate, overall it is a beautiful shape. The 1st and 3rd photos are best for actual color. It does have an old chip in the top rim, which I have not cleaned or sealed...

Delightful 1940's Jack O Lantern was most likely never used, as they were most often used with a candle, and there would have been soot. This cute guy has very few slight scuffs, near the bottom. I seldom come across these German miniature fences usually used for feather trees at Christmas or as toy fencing.However this one is large enough for the standard tree, as shown with the Swiss green glass tree stand, item #817942! How charming is that? It is very sturdy handmade with hinges so it folds up! One spindle is loose, and one missing. The green paint is original I believe. Not only for Christmas, but wonderful for display all year...
